The baseline measurement typically takes 2-3 weeks from kickoff to report delivery. The actual assessment takes participants 15-20 minutes to complete online. We then need 1-2 weeks for data analysis and report preparation.
We recommend a minimum of 20 participants for meaningful organizational insights, though team-level analysis works with smaller groups (minimum 8-10 people). For large organizations (200+ employees), we can work with representative samples or full population assessments.
Yes, all data is anonymized at the team/organizational level. We never share individual results with employers. Reports only show aggregated data for groups of 8+ people. We are GDPR-compliant and follow strict data protection protocols. Participants own their individual data and can request deletion at any time.
Very little! We need: (1) A list of participant emails, (2) Basic organizational context (team structures, any recent changes), (3) Access to 2-3 key stakeholders for a 30-minute intake call, and (4) Leadership availability for the insights workshop. We handle all the technical setup and participant communication.
Yes! Our assessments are available in Dutch, English, and can be adapted for other languages upon request. We work with organizations across Europe and beyond. Workshops can be delivered in-person (Netherlands/Belgium) or online globally.
